How to redeem the code
- Open the eShop on the Switch and pick your profile.
- Select 'Redeem Code' from the menu on the left.
- Enter the sixteen character download code.
Region and account
Download codes only work in the shop country of your Nintendo account. A code from a different zone cannot be entered there.
The title hangs off the Nintendo account. On a second Switch you can only play it when that account is linked there as well.
A common pitfall
eShop gift cards are not a game. They top up the account, and balance from another country cannot be mixed in.
