Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or letter).

You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any event, you will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

For contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, your right of withdrawal may expire early.

Important notice:
For a contract obliging you to pay a price, the right of withdrawal expires if:

• we have begun performance of the contract,
• you have expressly agreed that we begin performance before the withdrawal period ends,
• you have confirmed your knowledge that, by giving your consent, you lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins, and
• we have provided you with confirmation of the contract on a durable medium (e.g. by email).

Practical implementation on purelvl.com:

• Digital content is generally provided immediately after successful payment.
• Where technically implemented, a key may initially be shown in masked form and only disclosed after an active action (“show key”). At the latest when the key is disclosed, contract performance begins.

Checkout checkbox notice (recommended for legal certainty):

“I expressly agree that VanThunder starts performing the contract before the withdrawal period expires (immediate provision of digital content). I confirm that, once performance begins, I lose my right of withdrawal.”
