Trials of the Forest Kingdom is a cross-genre strategic RPG that blends creature collection, tactical chess-like combat, and exploratory adventure. Build and train your adventure party, employ tactical strategies, and explore the kingdom with limited resources to uncover its secrets. The Forest Kingdom in the game is a fantasy world built on a forest continent teeming with magical creatures. To select talent and strengthen its rule, the kingdom holds a Trial Contest every five years, where the champion is awarded nobility by the king.The protagonist’s grandfather was once the runner-up of the contest, just one step away from the championship, while their father disappeared under mysterious circumstances in the previous contest. Now in their prime, the protagonist decides to participate in this year’s Trial Contest—to claim the championship for their family’s honor and uncover clues about their father’s disappearance... Features A challenging RPG focused on combat strategy and creature collection. Battle system based on turn-based chess mechanics, integrated with elemental weaknesses and various terrain effects. Collect and domesticate over 90+ pets, each with unique attribute growth and skill characteristics. Most pets have multiple evolution forms, unlocked through battles or rare items to gain advanced skills! Cross-species breeding allows offspring to inherit growth attributes, personalities, and skills from both parents. Freely combine skills to breed powerful combat pets.
